Wash turkey, rub with oil and garlic, dash plentiful with salt and black pepper. Place in pan, cover and bake at 325 degrees, according to directions depending on weigh of turkey. When done uncover and broil till golden brown

Stuffed shells
1 box jumbo pasta shells
1 8oz. container ricotta cheese
1 8oz. bag shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 whole egg
dash salt
dash black pepper
dash dry oregano
dash garlic powder
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Cook shells as directed in box. In large bowl mix the three kinds of cheeses, add egg and dash with salt, pepper and garlic blend well and stuff shells. Cover the bottom of pan with some spaghetti sauce, layering stuffed shells on top, pour some more sauce on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Brush on slices of bread, toast lightly in oven.

Grilled chicken
1 chicken cutlet (thin sliced) per person
4 garlic cloves (minced)
dash salt
dash black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
season cutlets with first 3 ingredients. Heat oil in skillet and add cutlets at low heat, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side. Bring heat to high and let cutlets get golden brown, turning.

Cook desired amount of sphagetti as directed in box. Drain and set aside
In skillet heat oil and butter, add garlic. Add drained sphagetti and remove from heat. Dash with salt and black pepper, toss and enjoy!!!!
